What Is The Dream Dreaming You?
The first principle that most of us hear in spiritual training is that we create our own reality. About the time we begin to grasp what that means, the concept of reallity becomes a bit more complex. And so through all our therapies, studies, and practices, we continue to work our way through the dramas and side trips we have created thus far. We are like travelers that have had to journey through the back roads in order to get to the main road.
Then comes that moment when we are standing on the main road creating in real time. What and how shall I create realites now that fulfill my deepest intention? How indeed do I know and step into my place in the unfolding plan on earth? Of course that means we have to let go of limited perceptions of ourselves and even beliefs about what we think reality is. New questions arise. What if the deepest longings I have are just what my Highest Self desires for me? How do I recognize my intuitive guidance.? What happens if I am guided to jump into the unknown? What and how do I trust? Once we get over the illusion that an organized system or money or another individual has the answers to these questions, we remember that we carry that purpose inside of us. It has always traveled with us, and , in fact, all of our side roads have been about preparing us to step into our roles in this moment.
These and other relevant questions are explored through information, exercises and guided meditations, all of which are designed to encourage deep listening to soul dreams.

Workshop: Seasons And Cycles: The Changing Paradigm on Aging

Seasons And Cycles: Changing The Aging Paradigm
We begin to age as soon as we are born. From the first cycle of our lives we are encouraged to grow and mature. However at some arbitrary point in time the word "mature" too often begins to take on new and less conscious connotations. Few words are am ambiguous, puzzling and often as unchallenged as the ones on aging. We spend time, money and energy to extend our time on earth, ( The message: getting older is a good thing.) and equal amounts of time, money and energy to turn time bacl( The Message: Getting old is not such a good thing.)
It takes a lot of self awareness, honesty, humor and compassion to examine your own myths and then to discard the things you truly don't believe, don't want and don't intend to be a part of your own cycle of maturing. The reward is living your own life, creatively, on your own terms. - All of your life.
The point of this workshop is to go beyond "graceful aging" or even just healthy acceptance, which is, of course, an important first step in any cycle. In this workshop we will examine our personal myths and release those that are limiting and deadening to the spirit and redefine our intention to live every single moment of life.
This workshop is not a pep talk for the middle years, nor is it an open rant against those who perpetuate the myths. When we come to bring insight, we don't spend our time criticizing blindness.
As with all aspects of growth, it's about you and me examining our inner worlds. In this case, it's about examining our own internalized , myths about aging. What do we really believe? What do we choose as our inner intentions for those intentions will manifest in the material world as we believe them?
When do you begin to think you were or will be officially old? 40? 50? 60 Plus? Are internalized attitudes about aging setting you up for limiting your possibilites? How do you feel about your own mortality and is there fear of your own death that is creating dread of the passing years that bring that closer?
How will you contribute to the enlightenment on the subject? What piece of the illusion about aging are you willing to explode? Every season of life is rich in it's possibilities to experience agelessness within any physical age, to constantly learn, experience wonder, contribute to others and deepend love. We will be claiming the unique cycle of ripeness, the fullness that comes with integration, completions and new beginnings that are unlike any time that went before.
There is another benefit for our redefining aging. If we were born anytime in the 20th century we have been part of the shifting paradigm. We have been transitioning from the beginning of our incarnation whether we recognized it or not. Rooted in and imprinted by the messages of the old paradigm reaching its zenith, we have also been drawn from our depths to the visions of the new, whole ways of being.
We have been challenging the old myths from the time we were babies, we will do it with our most mature years. It is time that we no longer look wistfully at cultures who have celebrated and honored aging and assume our own will never change. It is changing. We are part of that change.
What is the legacy we wish to leave our children, grandchildren and the word? Surely not one that says aging is to be dreaded. Of course not,, as Hopi Elder siad of us: "We are the people we have been waiting for." Part of our task in adding to the collective is to reshape and redefine the assumptions.
This workshiop is designed to offer some specific techniques and ideas as well as offer an opportunity for the richness of shared wisdom. If you decide to join us, bring your favorite positive story, anecdote, cartoon, or piece of wisdom on the subject. Please print it out as there might not be time for everything to be verbally shared. We can post if for all of us to enjoy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a workshop for people of any age who want to beging the process of reviewing all the cycles of this incarnation.
